Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Big Block 4 speed Link to a Video of the Chevelle CLICKHERE PLEASE NO TRADES! I DO NOT FINANCE! I AM NOT A DEALER!!! You are bidding on a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle. The car has Yenko decals and stripes on it however all I know about this car is that it was a factory power brake and A/C car. It may be an SS but I wouldn’t know, but if you want originality then maybe you should look elsewhere. This car is a pure Street Machine with a 396 and a Muncie m21 4 speed and a bench seat. The car looks mean, sounds mean and is cool to drive. ENGINE, TRANSMISSION,REAR END, BRAKES and FRONT SUSPENSION: The engine and trans have less than 100 miles on them. I have over $7000 in the engine and trans alone. The engine was professionally built by a local machine shop. The 396 is 0.60 over with 11.1 forged TRW pistons and all new Edelbrock parts such as aluminum heads, intake, carb and fuel pump. New ceramic coated headers and an SFI balancer and an aluminum water pump, starter as well. It also has Comp Cams true roller rocker arms and Comp Cams 600 lift flat tappit Solid cam and timing chain. The cam specs are radical idle must have headers, a 4 speed and 4.11 rear. The engine is setup for mid range power band and torque. The trans is fresh and totally rebuilt with new syncros, new 3rd gear, new reverse gears, new front shaft housing, new 1’ pin and needle bearings. Upgraded heavy duty front and center bearings and a steel mid-plate. The car has a new RAM SFI lightweight flywheel and a new dual friction clutch and pressure plate setup. The car also has a rare NHRA steel old school blow proof bell housing that is in mint condition and on the car. A rebuilt competition plus shifter and rods with steel sleeves. The driveshaft has a new yoke, u joints and has just been balanced. The rear end in the car is a 10 bolt with an open 3.23 rear. The car comes with a 12 bolt housing that will need a posi unit and gears and brakes. Once you put a 4.11 in this car it will be a rocket. It is already scary at part throttle. You put a 4.11 posi in this car and you will have a 12 second all day long car. The car has Hoosier street legal DOT Quick time Pro tires with tubes in them on the back and good tires on the front all mounted on original dated 14 inch SS wheels. These wheels will need to be restored but are not rusty. The paint is bad on all of them. Would be an easy fix to take off and repaint on a weekend. The car also has all new front brake lines, steel and rubber, new Master cylinder booster, new Master cylinder, rebuilt original Delco calipers and proportioning valve. It also has new Zinc plated front cross-drilled rotors and New Tubular upper and lower A-Arms/control arms. Also the car has all new American Auto wire Original OE factory wiring under the hood harnesses. Also the engine has billet crank and water pump pulleys. BODY AND INTERIOR This car overall is a nice straight driver. This is by no means a show car. This car will need to be painted. The Black paint is over 15 years old and is brittle and wearing. The car still shines nice and looks awesome at nite. The car has chips and some clear coat starting to spider. It has a couple of bad spots on the drivers fender one is about the size of a quarter down to the metal that has been touched up on the top of the drivers fender and a ding/dent in the front tip of the fender also touched up. There are some scratches and nicks on the car and the paint on the lower of the car is fading. The underside of this car is all black and pretty clean underneath. Not painted over rust but for a few spots. Its clean underneath. The car has new Plastic wheel wells and a new radiator support and core support. The front and rear bumpers are mint and have really nice chrome. The window trim is in nice condition but the Rear side window trims need to be replace or re-chromed. The interior is a bench seat car and is in nice condition with no rips or tears both front and back seats. The headliner and sunvisors are nice. The car is missing the dash trim over the glove box and the plastic that holds the carper to the firewall on the drivers side. Also it could probably use new front carpeting however it is worn not ripped or torn. There are some gauges including an Auto Meter Monster Tach. This car is very stout, runs great & very powerful…runs and drives every bit as good as it looks!
