Vehicle Detail

1956 PLYMOUTH BELVEDEREThis Belvedere can only be described as "SHOWTIME"! The two tone Coral and Charcoal paint is in excellent condition. The exterior chrome and stainless are gorgeous and look new, but are original. The 277 CID motor has about 15K on the rebuild and runs and shows great. A 4 BBL carburetor and dual exhaust make the car sound really good! The original PowerFlite Push-Button transmission is in excellent working condition. The air conditioner works but could use a fresh recharge. The original radio needs a rebuild, but there is a hidden radio that is working great. All dash gauges are original and working with the exception of the Pressure and Volt Meters which are not working. The interior is original and in excellent condition. This beauty also has white walls, electronic ignition, power steering and parade fans. The car has no significant rust and no bondo. All glass is original...there is one small crack in the lower corner on the passenger side (see pics). Included are the original Owner's Service Policy showing the car was sold in Olympia, Washington, the original Owner's Manual, the orginal Service Book and several Belvedere posters.Overall, I consider this car to be a #2 condition classic with alot of appeal. Her previous owner won quite a few (8 in 3 years) trophies at car shows with her. Since I bought her 5 years ago, she has been gently driven and shown in television shows, movies and videos. She is now ready to go back to being an award-winning show car!I am moving out some of my classic cars to make room for new ones, so please check my other listings. Please ask any and all questions before bidding and please do not bid unless you intend on completing the sale. Pick-up and shipping are the responsibility of the winning bidder...both payment and arrangements. I am happy to help with scheduling. I recommend Dependable Auto Shipping (DAS) as I have used them for years and had good luck with them. The car must be removed from our property within 10 days of the close of the auction or a storage fee of $25 per additional day will be charged. A $500 good faith deposit is due from the winning bidder thru Paypal within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The balance is payable through bank wire transfer and is due within 7 days of the close of the auction. I am not able to go any longer on the balance, nor will I accept payments on this car. The balance must be paid in full before the car is released to the winning bidder or his/her shipper. This car is being sold as-is with no warranty. I have described the car to the best of my ability. It is a 55-year-old car and this needs to be understood by anyone bidding on it.
