This has been a rental motorcycle since it was purchased new by WeRentMotorcycles.com in California. I purchsed the bike from them a year ago and used it for 1 rental season in my fleet at Sportbikes4hire.com in Knoxville, TN. I really like the bike and it is my second best renter right behind the Concouse. I am a little torn about getting rid of it because it does attract a mature rider but my decision to get rid of it is based on the cost to maintain it. I have worked on Japanees and Italian bikes for years and I do all my own maintenance...except for BMWs. Since I dont have the special tools and software to properly maintain the German bikes, I have had to have them serviced at the local dealer which is quite expensive for my use of the bike. It now has 65505 miles. Comes with factory bags and Zumo GPS. Bridgestone tires only have about 500 miles on them. This bike retails around $8400 - $9000 according to KBB http://www.kbb.com/motorcycle/retail.../k1200s/65382/ and according to the dealer I spoke to here in Knoxville. Cosmeticly it has a few minor nicks and scratches, no more than you would expect for the milage. The battery is only 4 months old and was purchased at a BMW dealer.
