This is a 1957 oval window Volkswagen bug with a split window conversion. The window conversion was welded in and comes with the rubber and glass. The VW was painted and a new floor pan was installed (welded) on the passenger side. This car is currently registered in California and has a clean 1957 title. It is a project and needs to be put back together, and finished. It runs and has a 1500 single port motor with good compression. This car is not ready for the road yet as it needs to have the interior finished and some minor work on the paint and body. The lights all work, the system has been upgraded to 12 volt, it will need some of the glass replaced, and fender welt and rubber installed, some of the welt and rubber is included, some will need to be purchased, but it is a VW and all parts are available, has a new 12 volt battery. This car is a PROJECT with a lot of potential, but it will need someone that wants a winter endeavor. When finished it will be a very cool looking one-of-a-kind BUG. I have tried to portray this properly, some parts may not be included, some parts may be duplications, it will take some figuring out, but it is a VW so it is fairly simple.
