2000 West Wind Conversion is a 1999 town car with106,xxx miles, Car is still in service so will change slightly This car is mechanically solid as they come I bought it 2-3years ago and have put all new u-joints, brakes, wheels and tires, new alternators, intake manifold (had small leak around water neck, Common), pretty much all new front end parts including I believe ball joints. None of this was because I had to just do a little each year. I would give the exterior an 8.5 - 9 out of 10 for the year. Interior in really good condition 8.5 - 9 out of ten again for the year, no smell, all new LED fiber optic controllers for both star lights in overhead mirror and regular fiber optics. New LCD TV, DVD player and stereo with IPOD hook up aprox a 1 ½ - 2 years ago. Newer carpet and new matching mats for rear. Exterior has no visible rust. Vinyl top is in great condition very soft and no cuts tears. Car has been stored inside since I owned it and also the previous owner not sure before that. The only things I know it needs is the one window in the rear needs new stripping put on it which I have just have not made time to install. Overall great shape for the year. I bought the car aprox. 3 years ago and I have put over $6,000.00 into over the years just updating little at a time. All my cars are updated proactively I don't wait until things break it cost to munch at that point :). The MDOT inspection was just done on this car aprox. 2 months ago. I would drive this car anywhere. I'm only selling because I want to get rid of my smaller limos and replace them with SUV's or Buses. I also have a 2001 Black 120" Town Car, Washington state car. Easy 9 or better both inside and out.
