We replaced the battery and the Katana will now turn over but never fully start/"catch"/run. Two guesses (ONLY guesses!) as to why: 1. The carb is dirty/"gunked-up" and needs to be cleaned, or; 2. The coil's bad/there's no spark. Now, our techs don't work on non-Harley/non-Buell products so we're not going to service the bike or go further - selling it as a *VALUE BUY/PROJECT BIKE* here on eBay. And beyond the notes (GUESSES!) you see here we don't "officially" inspect/go through our non-Harley trade-ins so the best bet would be to arrange an in-person inspection by calling Brent @ either 1-(866)-547-4294 or (512) 422-0761! The bodywork has obviously been damaged and repaired - see pics. Perhaps someone has a unused set of skins laying around out there somewhere? Or, maybe you want to "rat it out" after getting the Katana running again... There front fender also has a pretty good scratch, and may or may not have been damanged & repair.
