I have an awesome 1988 Volkswagen GTI that unfortunately I have to let go. I bought this as a project car and has been my daily driver for a couple of months and it is really a car that I always get compliments on since they are hard to find. As you can see, the driver front fender and the hood have been primered and that is because I had to replace the original parts due to amount of rust that was on the old parts. The driver door is a bit tricky to open and 1st gear is a little hard to find. Right now, the only thing it needs to run is a new battery. The odometer reads 147,XXX but the engine was rebuilt by previous owner and has about 100K miles on it. Front seats were replaced with recaro bucket seats that are very comfy. The car will come with a container full of miscellaneous parts for the car. This car would make a great winter project for anyone. I am in college and cannot afford to have 2 cars right now. Shipping is available but the buyer will have to pay and make those arrangements. I would also be willing to pick up buyer at the Denver International Airport.
