Thank you for looking at my listing. You are looking at a 1982 Pontiac Trans am Firebird Knight Rider Car. This car has 150,000 miles on it, runs very well and very fast. The vehicle was registered up till last month. She is a cold blooded starter, takes a minute or two to warm up. It will puff a little bit of smoke when you 1st start it after that it cleans right up and burns clean. What is causing that is the valve guides, they are bad but not a major problem but car does have good oil pressure. Car does have a factory fresh air hood also known as cold induction. This car is missing 1 hubcap but they are available on ebay. This car has the hard to ge 15 inch rims, not the 14 inch. This car is rust free and if you need any pictures of underneith and are a serious buyer email me and I will send you photos. Look at my other listings and you will see all my cars are solid underneith. Kitt has a very beautiful paint job with a very high gloss finish. Cost over $8,000 to paint the car. Car is as straight as a pin, no waves in the body. You will see me holding a quarter in my hand in the pictures and that picture is actually the reflection in the paint, the car had not been washed or detailed for the photos, you will see in the photos it says "wash me" i did that on purpose so you can see how dusty the car is and still shines beautifully. Car does have a couple extreamly small stone chips in the paint towards the nose, having counted them so maybe 5-7. This car was driven occasionally after it had been painted. Rear bumper has 2 spots where paint is bubbling up, the bumper has been repainted 3 times because the bumpers are made of plastic and the plastic gets hot and expands and then cold and shrinks and that is what makes it get the bubbles in it. Paint on bubbles is still fully intact. You should see in the pictures where i took a rag and wiped the passenger side windsheld off to get the for sale off the car while it was locally advertised. IF YOU LIKE A LOT OF ATTENTION THIS IS THE CAR FOR YOU. You can't go to the grocery store or the gas station without someone looking at it or wanting to talk to you about it. When you take this car out in public you must remember everythin takes an hour. One of the reasons i am getting rid of the car is that I do not have time to talk to everybody and let them take their photos and ask their questions. Some of the questions i had is about the air conditioning I will guarantee the A/C blows as cold as a new car, i live in a very hot place and A/C is one of those things to have. i had a question if the t tops leak, the t top seals are new as you will see in the photos with me flexing them up, they are very fresh and soft on flexing, they have not leaked on me. The car has new gas shocks to deep the hood and rear hatch open which is usually one of the 1st things to go on these cars.
