1992 Buick Roadmaster So you've every car dealer's favorite story... its the old lady's car who only drove it to church and the grocery store, in perfect condition, and virtually no miles. Always garage kept and well maintained... you know the story. However, that is the true documented story of an immaculate collector's piece that is just shy of 20 years old. With only 48,000 original miles, this car was owned by the late Gloria Mitchell of Rehobeth, DE. She purchased the car new in 1992 as a new vehicle, keeping it in her garage, and scarcely using it outside of town. With an average of less than 3,000 miles yearly, it is not hard to realize that this car was used very little. Her mechanic kept the car in excellent condition. Due to a mechanical issue, he replaced the alternator and battery just a short time ago and has told me that this car is now in excellent running condition with no past history of repairs or break-downs. According to his estimation of the car, there is no doubt that it would pass MD inspection with flying colors. However, with it becoming a historic vehicle in January, I have not taken the time to do so. After Ms. Michell's passing away of recent date, I had the opportunity to purchase this car from her estate, which fell to the state of Delaware due to her leaving no legal heirs. ---- Immaculate condition inside and out, this car has every option and extra that could be imagined. Heated mirrors, power seats, all leather, limited edition, you name it, this car has it. In perfect original condition, with no exterior flaws. There is a small coffee stained area on the floor of the backseat, and the car could use an overall shampooing of the carpet. The trunk also has a small rust ring from the spare tire on the carpet, which could also be cleaned out. I removed the plastic molding on the side of the car and replaced with a high quality chrome edging. Has the original rims and hubcaps with excellent condition tires. Overall, the cosmetic and running condition of this car would rate a 9 to 9.5 out of 10. For almost twenty years old you won't find any better.
