For Sale is a 1972 CL/CB350 Twin Cafe Racer - Please read carefully: Originally a CL350. Now a CB350 cafe racer. This is a twin cylinder and not the four. The last photo is how the bike looked originally. This bike can be returned to original state if you so desire, as I have retained all the stock parts that go along with the sale of this bike with the exception of the front fender and high pipes. The stock seat and stock tank were not touched for this build and were retained in original condition. This bike runs good and has 10k original miles. This bike is not a show bike and will not be unless the buyer is inclined to do a frame up restoration. It needs odds and ends but is rideable and it does run strong. The bike is also for sale locally so this auction can be ended at any time. This bike has a clean and clear SC title in hand. Your winning bid is a legal contact to buy. Located just outside of Columbia, SCOn Nov-12-11 at 08:06:52 PST, seller added the following information: Ok I have been getting a lot of questions about this bike and I hope that this can serve to clear up any questions or issues regarding this bike/auction. This bike is a 1972 (It is 40 years old). It has some quirks and customizations. The headlight bucket is cracked. I do however have an uncracked additional headlight bucket that goes along with it that can be repainted. As you can see the battery has been removed and replaced with a capacitor that sits in a custom made tray under the seat. Therefore, the bike is kick start only. I do also have the stock battery and cage for it, so it can be put back on if you so desire. This is not a show bike and has signs of use and wear. Again, it's 40 years old. It could also use some new paint. However, once again this bike runs and rides good. It also sounds very nice. I hope this helps you get an idea of the condition of the bike.
