These are very rare bikes as there are very few in the United States. This bike was imported by a Merchant Marine from Japan in 1970. The bike is titled in Oregon. The bike is completely original including paint. It still has the original key, markings and decals that are unique to this bike. I have replaced the seat foam and cover with exceptional reproductions. The street tires have been replaced with the original type as well. The DAX included many unique features not found on the Trail 70 models. It has a center stand, removable front end, turn signals, seat, shifter, front fender and center pegs. See photos for details. This bike is in beautiful, original condition and runs and operates as new. All lights, including signals, work perfectly. All switches and cables are original.This is the bike that you would have purchased in Japan in 1970. There are some very minor chips and marks on the original paint.
