1953 Chevrolet Pick up / 5 window / Short bed 1/2 ton Up for sale is a 1953 Chevrolet pick up that is a good driver with California black plates. Red patina paint with red rims, this truck was just tuned up and drives well. Truck has a 54 front grill/fenders on it and a 54 bed. See link below for video of test drive Engine 235 engine 6 volt New plugs, wires, points. Runs well and does not smoke. Transmission 4 speed on the floor, has low 1st grany gear Body All original, nothing cut, floor boards are solid on both driver/passenger side. Cab corners cancer free. Grill is in good shape, has been painted over. Front bumper is in good condition, Rear bumper is a utility style. Older plywood in bed over existing wood slats. Interior All glass in fair shape,comes with replacement front glass and rear flat glass. Curved glass on side is great shape. Bench seat like new. Gauges in good shape of which they all work, gauges below dash that work also. Turn signals, Headlights/Brake-lights work. Brakes Brakes have been gone through, new shoes and drums turned. Stops on a dime. Tires 6 lug rims / 6.50-16" Bias Ply Stock suspension front and rear Comes with misc parts and a complete 53 grill. Clear California title that has matching VIN on title and truck.
