Vehicle Detail

Mazda Protege5 Fully loaded with Alloy rims, Sunroof and Roof Rack. Seats lay out flat for extra storage with removable section for full rear utilization. Great multipurpose vehicle. Will include front winter tires also on rims in this package. Gets great gas mileage around 35 hwy 30 City. Roomy and comfortable especially for taller build. Interior in like new condition, non smoker cleaned and detailed often. Exterior is free of rust and any noticeable dents and only has minor surface scratches. Rear tail light section as had work done from minor collision. Fixed and functional slight paint color difference around gas tank door. New timing belt before I bought it at 80K New front tires with less that 500 miles of use. rear tires still have 75% of the tread remaining. Spark plugs and wires replaced at 98k miles New oil change at 99.5k miles Air Filter change 99.75k miles Transmission filter change and flush at 100k miles New front break shoes 100.25k miles New front caliper right 100.25k This car has served me well until i decided to move to northern WI where they rarely plow. Sat though a good amount of last winter due to poor road maintenance. I started and used this vehicle occasionally but was weary of its low ground clearance in heavy snowfall. Seemed to be having trouble shifting properly in early spring. Found out that the right caliper froze and was wearing on the torque converter. Trouble shifting between 4th and 5th gears. We changed out the caliper after locating the root of the problem, seems to be running better but problem still exists. Although it doesn't have any problems if the overdrive is switched off. Could be as simple as an overdrive sensor problem. Could be a simple fix for the right person with the right space and tools. Its just a little over my head and we don't have a trustworthy mechanic in our area. Runs but not very well between 55-70. It could be driven to your location slowly or towed. This car fixed would be worth well over 6K, but I'm just not in a good place to have it done myself and I have a winter vehicle instead. The reserve is set for 3700.00 which is much lower than the blue book value even rating it at poor condition which is two steps below its actual condition. It also comes with all the extras which are not all available for rating such as the roof rack and winter tires. Feel free to ask me any questions and I will respond promptly.
