Vehicle Detail
This Jeep has a good running engine and shifting transmission with the a/c working. I have recently changed the water pump and had the radiator professionally cleaned. The transmission does have a leak, I believe it needs a transmission pan gasket, but I'm not 100% sure of that. The 4 wheel drive works. The interior is o.k., I had the two front seats upholstered and a new headliner installed, the carpet is not torn up but is somewhat dirty. The exterior has dents on different parts of the truck but overall is somewhat ok, I had the majority of the car repainted, and the woody part of the body is faded. Overall this Jeep is a restoration project, it has a good foundation if a buyer is looking for a Wagoneer to restrore. I am selling this jeep as is, and doing my best to make bidders aware that even though it is running and in somewhat decent shape for it's age and the price that I am asking, that it is a jeep that is going to need work to make it nice. As you can see in the autocheck history it has a clean title with no surprises. If you have any questions call me at 915-479-1488 my name is Joe. On Nov-01-11 at 07:59:09 PDT, seller added the following information: I have recieved many phone calls asking me about condition and the mechanical part of this Jeep, so I thought I would respond a little more clear if I wasn't already. This Jeep is a restoration project, if a bidder is expecting perfection the way it is now, they will be very disappointed. It needs carburetor work, it needs a new windshield, it has a leaking power steering hose, it needs a left rear rim, it does not have the rim on that wheel as the other wheels, the inside door handles are loose inside the jeep but they need to be put on. The feedback that I get back when I sell an item is very important to me, I am trying to give you the bidder as much information as I can. I repeat this Jeep starts, runs , drives, and is in o.k. shape, but it will need some mechanical and body work it you want it to be better, this is not a Jeep that sells for $10,000 to $20,000 like the prestine ones on ebay, this is a restoration project. Please only bid if you are serious.
