I've promised my wife that I would at least TRY to sell my '88 Isuzu Trooper. This is a 3rd vehicle for our young family and dispite the fact I LOVE(!) driving it - I know its simply not practical. Last year I found this vehicle parked locally and the story goes this vehicle was driven to Wisconsin by an employee for a pipeline company that was based out of state. Once ther project was completed he decided to fly home leaving the Trooper behind. I bought it off a local gentleman. Since then I found that there was a few 'issues' that I've tinkered with over the past year and have updated / installed: 1. New Head Gasket ~ Including full Ignition Tune Up, O2 sensor, Reworked head & valves. 2. Removed and replaced the factory 'Auto Locking' Hubs with Mile Marker manual Hubs 3. Replaced the 235 tires with 32 x 11.50 x 15's Yokohame Geo Landers and Alloy wheels 4. Replaced the Windshfield 5. Replace the flimsy factory front bumper with a 4x2 (3/16") fully welded w/ brush guard 6. Upgraded the stereo to CD (new Kenwood) & added 600Watt Amp & new Speakers Whether this sells or not I'm simply fulfilling a promise to my wife that it won't sit in the yard all winter (I don't want to let it rust in the Wisconsin Salt) so ask questions - bid to win and keep in mind this is an 88: Far from perfect - it has scratches and dings (right front door was wrinkled when I got it as well as the fenders (not terribly). It recently started running a bit rough and appears to need a fuel pressure regulator (?) - not a big project but I'm looking to sell as-is. (pics 1-3 are current and the others 6mth ago prior to different wheels)
