Vehicle Detail
Up for sale again is my 1972 Cuda project/parts car. The first time I had it listed the highest bidder backed out, so please don't bid on it if you don't want it. A little history of the car is that I got the car as a project, and the guy that I got it from didn't have a title for it, but I had the VIN numbers run from a good friend of my who is a police officer just to make sure the car is clean. The car isn't stolen or doesn't have a lien on it, so getting a title for it should be fairly easy. I just don't want to go thru the trouble of getting one which is why the car doesn't have a title. And before I start, yes, I know that this is a 1970 shell, but the numbers on the car are all switched over to a 72. The guy that I got it from wanted to restore this car, but just don't have the time or the energy to do so. But he was switched the body numbers on the car because this was a better shell than what he had to start with. There is still a lot of parts that are on the car along with a lot of sheet metal that I bought for the car. I am going to start with the body, I am not going to lie, the frame of the car is pretty bad. So you are going to have to replace the rear frame rails and the driverside front frame rails and new floors and trunk pan will also have to be installed. I started to collect new metal for the car including: Rear frame rails, connecting frame rails, rear shock frame, trunk pans, and gas tank support rails. Please see the pictures for all of the metal that goes with it. The fenders are pretty solid, but will need a little work on them. There is also a fender tag for the car. All of the glass is actually really good except for the windsheild which isn't there (It was broken before I got the car). There is a 8 3/4 suregrip rearend. Please let me know if you have any questions. I will try my best to answer them.
