The Charger listed here is a 383 Automatic with an overdrive transmission. It's not a complete matching numbers car although it does have the original block in it. I bought the car 6 years ago in good condition and proceeded to replace or rebuild virtually every part and piece since. I did not buy it as an investment and have not spared any expense. In 09 the body was stripped to bare metal and painted with a two-stage black paint job with tons of clear coat. It looks amazing with very few flaws ( I've included photos; sag on drivers rocker, small "X" crack on right rear quarter from the jack rolling inside the trunk and hitting the inside.) This is not a frame off restoration, it's a beautiful, drivable car. The floors and trunk are all in good shape, there have been a few small, well done patches in the trunk. If I keep the car the only thing I might consider doing might be to eventually replace the headers and exhaust. The previous owner put them on and although it doesn't leak and sounds great, it's a Summit kit and hangs lower than I'd like, particularly since it was lowered 1 1/4" in the rear.
