This is a true original car, just as it was sold by the dealer in 1949. The original black paint and the tan interior have seen 60 years of history with only three owners. There are some minor blemishes on the paint and the chrome shows some age in spots. This car runs and drives very good with effortless shifting and steering. There has never been any rust to this beauty. Brake linings, wheel cylinders, and the battery are all new within 600 miles. Another origional 49 in this condition will be hard to find.
