I have for sale a 1983 Jeep CJ-7 Renegade. I bought this jeep about a year ago. This Jeep was originally from Albuquerque NM. It was bought locally at Key AMC Jeep at the local dealer. I drove to Albuquerque to pick it up. I am the third owner. Now selling to buy a TJ Rubicon. The Jeep is rust free, unbelievably solid for its age. It was towed behind an RV in its younger years. The paint and decals are original except for some touch up spots. When I bought it, it had no windshield or top. I had a local body shop paint a YJ windshield and roll bars, and found a hard top (YJ) locally. The windshield is new, valve cover (fixed leak), brakes, and steering. I drive this jeep all the time. It disc brake front, 5 speed, dana 300, and 258 6 cylinder. The clutch is soft, and needs to be adjusted, carb is a little finiky; but runs, drives, starts, and idols very well. Wipers work (high and low), washer fluid squirters, speedometer, temp, amp, fuel, and all lights and turn signals. Again, I drive this all the time. Look at the pictures, it is extremely solid. The Ramsey winch is 6500 lb. Yes it works, as well as the 4 wheel drive, hubs, and high, low. Pls call me if you have any questions.
