This is a 1978 Mercedez 300D, with ONLY 39,000 miles !! This is no misprint, and the mileage is accurate. The body, as you can see, from the photographs, has a great deal of rust, due to being stored outside. Mechanically, this car is 100%, starts well, drives well. The floor boards are in good condition. I had a Manitoba Safety Inspection completed on the car, and it required only minor repairs, like some ball joints. I had purchased this car for myself, as a restoration project, which it would be excellent for. However, my plans and personal schedule have changed, and thus i am willing to let it go. Again, mechanically this car is 100%, and could be driven home to your own location. If you enjoy body restoration, than this might be a good project for you.
