Up for bid! 1974 Corvette Stingray 454 Great Investment with a lot of potential!! Got my hands on this Black Beauty as a trade for work. Would love to get it off to a Corvette appreciating owner! The 454 Stingray is rare - only approx. 3400 made that year. T-top. The car drives and works great. Has original engine - numbers matching. I have all the maintenance and part replacement receipts for the past couple decades. Two months ago, spent $2500 on an all around tune up of the whole car: most gaskets, new alternator, replaced all fluids, turn rotors, new calipers, new master cylinder, brake pads, seals, etc. Brand new gas tank. Couple things that will need attention: transmission slipping a little from second to third gear when going full throttle, AC is not working (will need to be looked at), odometer not working (previous owner said it stopped working about a two thousand miles ago), crack on hood and bumper scratches (see pictures) - I would repaint bumper and hood.
