Vehicle Detail
This is a re-list due to a fraudulent bidder. Pictures will be added as I rebuild the listing. I think this is about as nice cosmetically as they get. Was garaged (but sat for awhile) by previous owner. Beautiful CB900 Custom. All original. 10 speed hi/lo transmission. Original 4 into 4 exhaust has some surface rust on header pipes and small dent in back megaphone but NO splits or holes or major rust---very solid. With backrest, Hondaline crashbars and seat (has tear in left seam). BRAND NEW TIRES. Chrome in great shape. Sidecovers in great shape.Gas tank has NO DENTS. New valve cover gasket. Carbs have been completely cleaned. Bike runs great. Is very powerful and fast. Air shocks- front and rear- work great. Low mileage- 16,000 ""This motorcycle features a 902cc engine using a dual range 5 speed transmission with a shaft final drive. The 5 speed transmission can be shifted from High range to Low range at any time, effectively giving the bike 10 speeds. Generally speaking, you use the low range for the mountains, and the high range for the highway. The CB900C also uses an air ride suspension, which is adjusted by regular air valves front and rear; at its softest settings it feels like you're floating on air (and you are), stiffer settings required for higher speeds and added weight ( like saddlebags, etc.). Overall, the bike runs like a dream: it's fast, smooth as silk, and has the capability to transform from highway cruiser into sport-tourer with the shift of the lever. It's long wheelbase and shaft drive (taken from the Honda GL1100 Goldwing) give the bike a ride that's designed for all day comfort and smoothness.""" I am selling whole rather than parting it out because it is in such great cosmetic condition with low miles. I appreciate the vintage bikes and would rather see someone keep it that way. I also have a LIKE NEW SEAT - no rips or tears- original CB900C Seat available with the bike at extra cost. It is not included with this one. Ask questions before bidding and please have the $ available if you intend to buy. Thanks and good luck!
