This auciton is for a 1948 Pontiac Silverstreak. Actually, it is for two of them. One is restorable, the other is a parts donor. My husband bought these for me last year as a restoration project for us. But with his unexpected death, I need to sell them. I don't know alot about them, but I'll tell you all I know. Both cars are at least 80% complete. Lots of the trim and things are off the cars but are in them. Both have the motors and transmissions still with them, but I don't know much about them. The motors are straight V8s and I think the transmissions are automatics but am not 100% sure on that. Neither really has any interior that is useable but the frames are still there for a pattern. One car has had some of the restoring process started. They are both 4 door cars. Almost all chrome and trim is still with the cars. The parts car does have quite a bit of rust. The project car has been set on a different frame but I can't remember what the frame came from. That's really all I know about the cars, but feel free to ask any questions.
