Vehicle Detail
**Exterior: This car looks awesome! Previous owner added a body kit all the way around, then had it painted a brighter yellow with the black stripes. The headlights are high definition, and the taillights have been upgraded. He also added the aftermarket hood, with a 4 inch scoop built on. I dont think that hood is the right size or was not adjusted properly. There is an even gap on each side of about 5/32 of an inch. The fenders also look like they could be adjusted, but I never messed with it. The hood is also up in the front above the nose piece, about 3/8 of an inch. I dont know if the hood is up, or the nose is down. Nothing to major, it just seems like the hood is a little smaller then it needs to be. I am sure it could be adjusted by someone who knows what they are doing. The top works properly, and has been replaced in the last few years. The drivers window and the top do not line up properly unless you lift up on the window after it has been put all the way up. I dont know if the motor for the window is not going all the way up or what. The picture shows how it looks without the added assistance. The passenger side is fine. **Interior: The interior is in great shape. The black leather power seats work perfectly, and all four are without any damage. The carpets are in great condtion as well. The cars power windows and mirrors work, as well as the tilt and cruise control. The door panel on the drivers side is missing a screw, and the window control switch does not stay in place. One of the clips that holds it in place is broken or missing. Never bothered me anough to fix, but letting you know. The steering wheel has what looks like a small split in it. I am sure this is why the air bag light stays on. Please see the pictures, as it is only an inch or so long, but there. The ash tray and cover? seem to be missing. Notice in pictures small area in front of gear shifter. There is a very nice touch screen cd player. If u put a DVD in, it plays that as well. I believe the screen to be 7 ". There is a large amp in the trunk with 2 large speakers in some boxes. You have no problems hearing the tunes while tearing down the road with the top down. **Mechanical: This has the 3.8 liter V6 with the supercharger, with under 60,000 miles! This car will boogie straight down the road, plus I was getting over 22 mpg while cruising this summer! It has plenty of zoom, and sounds awesome. There is an issue that the car does not always start on the first try. It will go for a week with no issues, then it might not fire until the 3rd try. A friend mentioned that it was probably due for a fuel filter. The main belt is starting to fray, an the AC compressor does not kick on. I dont know if that is a clutch or compressor problem. **Wheels and tires: These wheels are sweet. Custom made by Lexani, they match the paint perfectly. I did find a large pothole this summer, and you will notice the dings on the front passenger side. The first picture of a wheel, is the one described. I dont know how much to have it fixed, but it does not affect the performance or drive. The tires are Hankook, and have less than 3 k miles on them. The suspension feels good, without any steering vibrations or issues.
