Vehicles are listed, described and advertised with information received from previous owners and/or what we notice during the short time we have in our posession. We typically DO NOT know any history, service records, previous repairs or previous issues with these items.....what we know will be listed in the ad.....AND......obviously we cannot predict any future problems, issues or breakdowns on any used vehicle. All items are sold as-is and no warranties are given or implied unless otherwise stated in the ad (some/most of our vehicles qualify for our new warranty program and we will clearly state that in the ad if that is the case). Most of our items are also pictured while on our shop/garge lift....we do this extra step to help you folks feel more comfortable and to help you see as much detail as possible.....we are not your typical "used car dealer" that plays games.....we will do our best to show and tell you everything we know and see with each vehicle. If its got problems, we will tell you. If it has damage, we will tell you. If it has title problems, we will tell you. If we see it, notice it or are told it by previous owner, we will tell you. We do all of our EBAY auctions as a NO RESERVE Auction......this means NO high starting bid, NO rediculous asking price and NO games......High bidder wins the auction and buys the item for his/her winning bid! This means that YOU determine the sale price of the item and we sell the item regardless of the final price.........this has been our policy for over 10 years now on ebay and we find that it works very well for our customers. Our other strong policy is that we DO NOT end auctions early, no matter what! Once one of our auctions gets a bid, it rides out all the way to the very last second.....we do this to be fair to ALL bidders/potential buyers......you do not have to worry about the auction ending early. Item up for auction: 1983 CHEVROLET MALIBU STATION WAGON.....RARE CLASSIC AND COOL CAR! Item description, features and options: 5.0L-V8, automatic transmission, power steering and brakes, cruise control, air conditioning, tilt wheel, rear hatch, rear window defogger, chrome slotted mag wheels, chrome appearance package and roof rails, cloth interior, front and rear bench seats, carpeting, etc...... Tire condition: Decent tread but weathered and aged. Car has been parked/sitting over a year. Interior condition: Tears and cracks in seats and dash pad, sagging headliner and faded/stained carpeting. Has some mildew/smells inside, due to sitting also but nothing major. A/C blows warm. Body/Exterior condition: Solid overall but has two metal patches on drivers door bottom and rear quarter panel bottom. Rest of car is solid and had some small areas touched up/repaired here and there and looks to have been done very well and have been primered....see pics. Little blisters here and there, some of the plastic splash pans/bumper trim have cracks or broken pieces but again, nothing major or out of the ordinary for a car like this. Nothing major and car is solid overall. Underneath condition: Good, original and solid shape.....solid floors, frame and mounts. Paint condition: Appears as mostly original with, again, some touched up/primered spots and a few blisters here and there. Blue has good shine and some fading but still a very presentable car as it sits. Mechanical condition: Starts good and has no odd engine noises. A little smoke when first started but goes away quickly and again, the car has been sitting for over a year. Transmission shifts properly and motor runs strong.....drives down the road nicely. Right front brake seems a little sticky and pulls very slightly to the right but handles excellently otherwise. Valve covers appear to leak some also. Look folks, this car has been sitting for over a year and should be serviced, inspected and gone over before driving daily, or would make a great race car/project car to build up!! Good solid driveline and car is all there....runs, drives and looks good overall.....easy project car! Mileage status: EXEMPT on title due to age/over 10 years old. Title status: Clean and clear title in hand.
