This 1982 Chevrolet Corvette was Sold New to Melton W. Farmera in Woodward Oklahoma from Campbell-Sparks Chevrolet on January 28, 1982. This has been an all Oklahoma and Northern Texas car with NO Rust issues or any surface rust issues found. This was a loaded corvette back in 1982 with the Two-Tone paint, Glass Mirror T-Tops, A/C, Power Seats and more. Extras Include; Flowmaster Exhaust, Duel K&N Air Filters, Pioneer Audio, Rally Wheels and New BFG Radial TAs that are new. This corvette starts right up and drives as it should. I have driven this corvette many times and would drive it anywhere. Does not over heat, the lights work great and all the gauges show to work, power windows and driver seat work. The A/C does not turn on; I turned on the Fan and the A/C switch and nothing happens, I checked for a fuses to change but found nothing; I have no idea. I was told by the last owner that it worked last summer but have not checked it this year as they have not driven it. We mostly restore Classic Mustangs and cars that are much older; we have done nothing to this car other then check the basics and drive it. A lady that works in my Post office owned this Corvette and she knew we deal with classics, I went to look at it and purchased it as I thought it was a great looking and driving car and they did not want to deal with selling it. If you run a carfax on most corvetts this age and you will find odometer reporting issues becouse of the 5 digits odometers, this one does not. The car is parked inside and shows no leaks and has not leaked while I have had the car. Ebay provides a Free AutoCheck within the listing and it the same as a CarFax. This AutoCheck is clean with No accidents, title issues or rollbacks. The vette has been repainted at one time and it looks great. We normaly do not deal in lower cost classics, however this was a very nice car and it has been in Northern Texas since almost new, this is an above average condition and not a typical condition vette for its age.
