According to a person that I spoke with on a GM website, there were not that many built in this color scheme. It is an awesome non-smoking, 1 family owner car w/ 44000 softly driven miles, that has been babied and kept in a climate controlled garage. It is in outstanding condition. Finding one with these miles & in this shape that is documented is beyond rare. It is is well optioned with most everything - Dual Power Seats, Climate control A/C, V01 heavy duty radiator, KC4 engine oil cooler, B4P boost fan, D74 illuminated vanity, KO5 engine block heater, and G92 perfomance axle. It is all original, and never in accident. This baby has ALWAYS BEEN GARAGE KEPT / COVERED and never in harsh conditions. For those Corvette purists, it is definitely a must have. It is ready for car shows, look at it, or enjoy it on Sundays, * THE ONLY MODIFICATIONS DONE ARE A TASTEFUL SOUND SYSTEM AND A $4000 PRO CHARGER. I HAVE ALL OF THE ORIGINAL AIR INDUCTION PARTS, BELTS, AND PULLEYS STILL IN THE BOX - EASY TAKE OFF. The Original Dark Blue Metallic Paint ( looks black at night ) shines like new. There is no body damage. All of the moldings, handles, window glass, lettering, soft convertible top, rubber seals, and all other exterior features are in exceptional condition. The wheels have no abuse and the Firestone Wide Oval tires are brand new. The unique color combo. really makes this car stand out amongst the rest at events. Never run through an automatic car wash and always hand washed / waxed are a great part as to why it still looks so fabulous. I have all of the books and literature that go with her too. This Vette is in tremendous shape and the exterior is a strong 9.5 / 10. On the inside, the Saddle leather interior still looks, feels, and maintains that newer appeal. As you can see in the pics, the seats have always been covered ( no damage ). The door panels, carpeting, dash, center console, faceplates, orig. manuals / papers, etc. are original / impeccable. All of the interior buttons / switches ( power windows, door locks, cruise, and power seats work without issue. The Eclispse CD stereo system sounds great. The undercarriage is dry, spotless, and rust free too. Inside, it is a 9.75 / 10. Mechanically, it starts, idles, and drives smoothly as a "well-oiled" machine should. All of the servicing is up to date - a/c, belts, hoses, fluids all changed / maintained at the proper intervals, The engine compartment / undercarriage are extra clean / dry, and it performs without hesitation. Of course, the L98 - 250 hp engine has great pick-up. With the Pro Charger, you have the ability to really take off, plus with the G92 performance axle you get a little more "pop" when you pull away. The brakes have plenty of pad left, and all of the other mechanical functions perform without issue. It also has a Clifford alarm that was added, but is disconnected. If you are looking for an unmolested, hard to find Vette that is nearing classic status, here you go. These cars are few and far between. I think it is priced very fairly compared to the others listed on ebay. Let's put it this way, there is no way anyone would be disappointed in this car.
