The condition of this Alfa is, in my opinion, way above average. The previous owners kept the car inside and it shows. Drive train: The engine starts and runs very well. Compression is an even 160 lbs on all cylinders. I never saw any smoke and the tailpipe shows a clean burning engine. The car has been serviced recently. It got new motor mounts, a new transmission mount, a new battery, transmission oil change, engine oil change, coolant change, heater hoses, fan belts and spark plugs. Brakes, muffler etc seem in good shape. The Goodyear tires are almost new. The AC works well, but the blower motor is noisy. The car got a new fuel tank a couple of years ago. The suspension is firm and the steering taut. The car shifts well, unless you speed shift from first to second. Interior: The seats are good and firm. A small piece of inside plastic cord is exposed on the driver seat. (see picture) . The dashboard is without any cracks. The radio works. The top is cloth, it is like new. Replaced a few years ago. The plexiglass is clear. Body: The paint is in very good shape. Clear coat is not peeling All the panels fit. I did not notice any sign of repaint or of an accident. All bright work is excellent. The glass is good, no cracks or spots. People who come by at my house look at this car and guess that it is only a few years old. There is nothing tired or brittle about it.
