Mercedes-Benz S-Class, S500 Designo Edition - AMG Package This is a rare and very desirable equipment option that is an $ 11,000.00 upgrade from a standard S500, luxury at its best. If you are not familiar with this option package I recommend you call Mecedes-Benz and they can describe it to you further.This S500 is also equiped with the AMG Package. I purchased this car from my sister in 2007, she was the original owner. This S500 has never been out of Arizona and has always been garage kept. The car has been very well maintained and was fully serviced three ago. Obviously cars in Arizona have no rust, this car is as close to a 10 as possible. I did have a "Labrador" hood ornament mounted on the hood that is from England. I have removed the ornament so there are two small drill holes for mounting purposes, we have hood ornaments on all our cars. I would recommend the buyer of this car purchase an ornament versus having the holes filled and painted. The car has never been smoked in, as you can see the interior is very clean. The spare tire has never been removed, all accesories are in place including owners and operating manuals. I actually hate to sell this car but we are stepping up to a 2007 S550 - reason for selling. Take a look at the other 2000 S500's and I believe you will see how special this car is. It is not typical silver, it has a goldish tint to it, it is difficult to describe but I do not believe you will be disapointed in the color. The custom interior leather is a light cream with a yellowish tint, the wood matches it beautifully. The tires were replaced at 50,004 miles. They are in good condition, I purchased at Discount Tire, they have a 60,000 warranty plus I did purchase "replacement" insurance which is good should the tires be damaged for any reason. Discount Tire says the warranty is on the tires regardless of who the owner is. The windows were tinted professionally and are legal in all States. I had this car listed on EBay and the high bid was $ 1.00 lower than my reserve! For this listing I am lowering the opening bid and the reserve. This is an Arizona car meaning it has not been exposed to many of the winter products used on the roads in snow weather States, it is in exceptional condition and at 62,800 miles is priced well below the standard 2000 S500.
