1959 Volvo 544 sedan. Great little stock 544, no rust (and never has), straight body and paint.The car came from the factory red. This little car has always been in Calif. and has never had rust. It is not restored but rather a very nice stocker. It has good tires with white port-o-walls. Very dependable car that can be proudly driven while restoring. It has been professionally changed over to 12 volt. Makes it nice if you want add anything and all the bulbs, etc. are 12 volt. The original interior is getting worn after over 50 years! It hasn't been detailed under the hood, but there is no leaks or missing parts. Everything functions as it should. I can add as many pictures as you want, so please don't hesitate to tell me what else you want you want to see. The car is for sale locally so I must reserve the right to end auction. It is being sold as is where is. I can help with shipping if needed. Even worldwide! I bought the car from an estate where the previous owner started restoration, but didn't get a chance to finish. I wanted to keep it in my collection but the Studebaker I've been trying to sell just didn't move. I don't have parking space inside and don't want this car setting out after all the years it's been obviously been cared for, so something has to go. Calif. buyers this car is registered to me in a "non operation" certification. Which means there is no penalty to put back on the road. It has a clear title. What is extra nice is that all parts are readily available for these cars. Just Google Classic Volvo Parts and see for yourself. It makes it really easy to restore. Or like I said before it is very presentable right like it is!On Oct-02-11 at 12:29:05 PDT, seller added the following information: I received several E-mails about a picture of the trunk. I stripped out the old rubber cover and low and behold there were the original black Calif. plates that were on the car, original jack too. They go with it. I also got to looking at the pictures and realized there was a lot of dust on the car when I drove it over by the lake for pictures. I had driven down a dirt road the day before and never got around to washing. So this morning I gave it a wash and took more pictures so you could see that it shines, has no dents or scratches. Also folks asked about the "missing" arm rest on the passenger side. So I took a picture of it. I just need some screws and I can put it back on. I again want to point out that parts are readily available for these cars, not only mechanical but cosmetic too! Any other pictures?
