BID WITH CONFIDENCE….I HAVE 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK! This listing is for a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am GT sedan. It has only 17,655 original miles on the odometer and is loaded with options including a power moon roof and XM ready Monsoon sound system. The color of the car is Summit White and it has a gray interior with cloth seats. This non-smoker, one owner car belongs to my grandmother who is no longer in need of it. She had purchased it brand new from Wheeler Pontiac in Johnstown, PA back on 9/17/2002. She is a widow and drove the car only around town and never in bad weather. This past year, she decided to sell her house and move into a retirement community which provides transportation to its residents. This is the reason she would like the car sold. The car has been well taken care of and garage kept. Oil changes, tire rotations, and state inspections were always performed within their required dates. Overall the car is in excellent condition with only very minor wear and tear. The paint is shiny and smooth with no major signs of rust. The engine bay is clean and the motor runs strong. The interior is immaculate and all dash functions work as they should. The A/C blows cold and the premium stereo sounds great. As for the defects, there aren’t many. There are a few stone chips and some small scratches from being driven. The driver’s side view mirror has a scratch and there are some tiny scratches under the passenger side rear bumper. Also, the chrome wheel covers have some flaking around the outer edge of the wheel. The maintenance history on this car consists of mainly oil changes and tire rotations. The car’s PA inspection and emissions are good until 06/12. A new battery was installed on 8/28/2009. Three of the four tires are the original OEM Goodyear with decent tread and the fourth tire is a Uniroyal which was installed last year due to damage. The car was in a minor front end collision on 8/5/2010. The damage was to the front right corner of the car and was turned into State Farm Insurance for repairs. Everything was professionally fixed by the body shop of the largest automobile dealer in town, Laurel Auto Group. All documentation of the repair work will be included with the sale of the car. The owner’s manual, brochures, and key along with fob are included. This car is being sold “As Is” with no warranty from the manufacturer or myself. The car may be driven until buyer takes delivery but no excessive mileage will be added to the current odometer reading. The title is in hand and ready to be transferred. The buyer must pick the car up which is located in Johnstown, PA (about 60 miles east of Pittsburgh). A $500 non-refundable deposit must be paid via PayPal within 24 hours after end of auction. The balance must be paid in cash. If within the state of PA the title will be transferred at time of pickup. If outside of PA then the buyer’s information will be put on title and notarized so that the title can be registered in the buyer’s state. All sales final.
