I am an Ebay Member since 2003 1998 Mercedes C280No Reserve I am offering a good looking--nice running C280. The owner has had this car since January 2005. He just bought a new Benz, now his used one is for sale. The motor runs smooth and quiet. Regular oil changes--Mercedes owners are responsible people. The transmission shifts fine. The A/C blows cold. No rust. Clean interior---non smoker--smells good. I just had the steering linkage replaced. Inner & outer tire rods and center link. This was a Mercedes dealer part. No China parts.---See the picture of it. This was a $600 job. All the windows & sunroof work. The spare is full size and new. The battery is recent. The radio was changed out to a Sony CD player. The tires are at 65%. The windshield has a crack in it. It cost $200 for a new one. The exhaust is fine. All around this is a nice, dependable car.
