This is an original paint 1956 Desoto Sportsman 2 door hardtop...came from the desert in Socal...very original car..I think it was last running in the late 60s. Has power steering, power brakes, power seat. Needs a patch panel on the rear of the drivers side quarter panel and a couple of small holes in the drivers side floor pan. Other pans have surface rust but are solid and look like they dont need replacement. Dash is disassembled but I have most of the parts. Good cheap project for someone. I think both door glasses are cracked, and will need more glass most likely...engine appears stuck..but I didnt try too hard to turn it. Car doesnt look like it was ever hit or had any paint work...what you see is what you get. When I was cleaning up the car for the pics I hosed out the interior floors and the entire passengers side was holding water!..The drivers side has a couple of holes as listed above... I have an application for duplicate title signed for this car.. A car is a very hard thing to fully describe here...feel free to email me your phone number and I will call you...
