This is a survivor bought new in 1973 from the local Honda dealer. Starts, runs, shifts like new, it even has the original tool kit, license plate/ frame, keys and key fob. This could be the lowest mileage SL 125 still out there and is perfect for a collecor or rider that wants something a little special. I'v been keeping an eye on it for several years and the owner finally relented in selling it to me. I've put 20 miles on it so far checking it out thouroughy. The only thing not working is the low beam. It starts on the first kick, runs and shifts perfectly. I put in a new batttery, changed the oil and adjusted the points. Top of the tank has been repainted black due to some fading because of gas fumes coming from the vented gas cap. Seat is still soft with no cracks, tires are original and not cracked, chain is clean and lubricated. Instruments are like new with no fading and work fine. What else can be said, its a fine example of a well preserved motorcycle by Honda.
