Vehicle Detail
1985.5 Porsche 944. White with burgundy interior. I've been driving this car as a daily driver for the past few months and it has not let me down. Very reliable. Starts everytime without hesitation or stumbling. Smooth idle and no hesitation during acceleration. Smooth shifting and clutch feels tight. This car is factory equipped with a 23mm front sway bar and 14mm rear sway bar. Handles nicely. Would make a good track car with some new R compound tires and coil over shocks all around. This car has a new DME, new clutch master and slave cylinder, new battery, new hood shocks, new vacuum lines, new shifter lever linkage to tightern shifter, new front sway bar bushings, new heater flap vent motor clip, newer power steering rack, new power steering and alternator drive belts, cruise control works, head lights pop up and work. original paint 6.5/10, no rust, interior is in nice overall condition for age and use, seats have typical tears in leather (can be recovered easily), electric seat motors work for seat adjustment, small amount of cracks in dash, Blaupunkt CD player, no floor mats, clock works, all climate controls work, side mirrors work, sunroof works, all gauges and switches work, odometer works and has accurate mileage, gauges look new as well, timing belts done by previous owner within last 5000 miles, A/C does not work but all components are in place, Windshield washers don't spray but wipers move as they should (could be clogged or electric motor doesn't work, have not investigated the issue), the turn signal going left works but doesn't spring back into place but you hear a click, right turn signal works like it should so it make just need to be taken apart and a little greese added, may need new tires soon, plently of brakes left, overall a fun and good looking car. Minimum $2200 bid and no reserve. E-mail me with questions or call me at 404-422-4067. I'm trying to be as honest as possible with my description to the best of my knowledge. This 944 is worth much more to me than my starting bid but with a move pending becoming more possible I need to move this car and I'm willing to take the hit on my investment. It's a fun car and I'm going to miss it.
