For Sale " AS IS " ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (I've already had the original auction winner back out and the last 2 second chance buyers didn't work out because they did not read the details carefully.) Details: (Please read carefully) 2002 White Volvo S60 Sedan 4-Door w/ 153K miles. I got this car on June 12th 2011. The car runs and drives good but has no " reverse " as this was the condition the car was already in when I got it. I do not drive this car and it is currently sitting in the back of my driveway. This car has a clean title however I have not transferred the title to my name yet. It is still in the original owner's name. I am selling this car because I can't afford to upkeep it. Also I'm getting rid of it because the tags are expired and it's considered a " junk car " unless the tags are updated and the city wants it gone or they will tow it. My loss is your gain. This car is ideal for a self fixer upper, mechanic, or something who is financially more stable. Price is negotiable and car is being sold " AS IS " all sales are final. I hope of getting rid of this car because I'm poor and it's been nothing but a headache to me. Condition: - CLEAN title (please see note below)- Can be driven off...no need for tow truck. - Runs & Drives- No Reverse- Needs new transmission- Throttle Body is faulty and needs to be replaced- Timing Belt was recently replaced.- Pulley noise from front of the engine- SRS light on due to faulty seatbelt pretensioner - Has cold A/C- Premium wheels 17' low profile rims P205/50R/17- Rear left rim has a crack as seen in the video- Broken right passenger side mirror needs to be replaced. I have a replacement/included just needs to be painted. as seen in video- Needs minor rear bumper black trim molding replacement as seen in video- Tags are expired (registration - August & inspection - March) DISCLAIMER: This is everything that I know about this car to my knowledge and also confirmed the problems on the vehicle because we got it checked out by a mechanic shop. Important Title Information- Regarding title....Car has clean title, however the title is still in original owner's name.
