Up For Auction 1978 Toyota Fj40 Land Cruiser. 70000 miles on the odometer I believe it has rolled over. F2 6 cylinder engine 4 speed manual transmission. I got this Cruiser from a barn in Northern Michigan 2 years ago where it had been parked since 1991. I have replaced the oil pan gasket, rebuilt the starter and repaired the fuel tank, cleaned the fuel lines rebuilt the carb, repaired the wiring to the lights, and checked over everything else. This does have some rust but is very fixable. The frame and floors are solid the engine runs good the tires are good everything seems to work. These are very valuable restored selling upwards of $20,000. This is in good condition being that it is a Michigan vehicle that is 32 years old. This would make someone a great winter project. I have been driving it around town and have had no problems with it.
