This is a 1984 Porsche 944. Purchased in May, 2011 as a project car based on its power and condition from young man who was given the vehicle by his stepfather as a project car. His money ran out and not sure, but know we are at least 4th owner. Speedometer reflects excess of 54,000 miles but I'm sure it has more actual miles that this. This car runs great, good gas mileage, interior is in good shape. The dash has some cracks from sun/heat, but no rust. Never been raced or abused, it has been driven as a daily driver for my son. The front bumper has a crack in it and hit a parking paver - so it does have some extensive damage but it is a $225 dollar replacement. Motor mounts are a little worn out which causes a little vibration through the car when stuck in lower rpms. No modifications other than a new head unit. Tires still have about 60 % tread left. The rack and pinon steering with other associate parts was replaced in July and has a 12 months/12,000 miles warranty on it. Other work completed includes intake boot and hoses, water pump, timing belt, radiator, wheel bearings, have receipts to reflect same. This is a great car with no mechanical issues. Just needs to find a great home to appreciate it - having to replace with a truck due to future move to northeast.
