This vehicle has mechanical problems including thrown timing belt which may or may not have damaged the valves and/or heads. The driver's door has a few door dings, but aside from that and a few minor scratches obtained over the 9 years my wife and I have owned this vehicle since brand new in 2002, the car is visually very nice. The 17 inch alloy wheels are special ordered at purchase from the dealer. They are for the HSE version (top of the line Freelander, which is one step up from the SE). There is also a woodgrain package I had installed at purchase which still looks beautiful, as you can see, to this day. These features really set apart this vehicle from other Freelanders. The leather seats are nice. The driver's side, of course, has more wear, and an abrasion near the left edge. But otherwise the seats are in near perfect condition. The rear bench seat is like BRAND NEW - like the day I bought the vehicle. There's also a leather armrest I had installed at purchase. It was re-covered in leather this year, and the shifter boot is also brand new leather, this year. This vehicle is being sold as is, with no warranty of merchantability or operation of any of its components either expressed or implied. But visually, you can search far and wide and not find another Freelander like this. Happy bidding!
