1964 Jaguar XKE Roadster For Sale: 1964 Jaguar XKE 4.2L LHD OTS # 272 out of a population of 5,883 manufactured. After #300 the prefix 1E was added to a 10 followed by the actual number off the assembly line. This is without the 1E prefix with a 10 and 273 for serial #10273. The last time I checked the national registry there were only seven of the first 300 with no 1E prefix survivors (including this one) of the 4.2L XKE's. All matching numbers. All original parts. This XKE ran well when stored 30 years ago, but had the aluminum oil pan damaged in storage. The pan was removed and the crack welded, but due to my grandfather's untimely death was never reinstalled. The car is solid and should be easily restored to driveability.
