Vehicle Detail
This is the real deal 1973 Z/28-RS numbers matching 350 with a turbo 400 AT.(THIS IS NOT A CLONE) Car is an original AC car although it is not hooked up there are a few items that are not complete >window regulators not correct for year>needs windshield wiper motor and washer resivor>consol lid needs replaced>no consol shift plate>driver side threshold plate needs replaced>AC compressor is not installed>coolant overflow resivor>and one center cap for the wheel. This is a Colorado car and I'm the 3rd owner I have had the car since 1990 when the restoration started the car was stripped down and sand blasted top to bottom then finishes restored to correct colors with modern catalyzed paints. The engine is the original 350 with 10:1 TRW forged flat top pistons steel crank, pink rods and the windage tray.I installed VORTEC heads and a Comp Cams 168h cam with a Edelbrock intake and carb. Dino Max ceramic headers and Trick Flow exhaust. This combo of parts is said to produce 435 HP.but has not been dynoed The body panels are all GM with the exclusion of two patch panels behind the rear wheels paint was completed 2005 on the exterior and now has some minor flaws from sitting in the garage.Tires are still in great shape. The rear end is the original posi-track unit with 3;73 gears and drum brakes front are power discs. I added heaver sway bars and polyurethane bushings to the suspension. The interior has new seat foam and upholstery ,carpet ,dash pad, headliner and a new Alpine stereo /CD player. I have all the original parts for the AC although no mount brackets that will fit the VORTEC heads, the brackets will need to be fabricated. I'm placing a low reserve on this due to the project is only 98% complete. its time for someone eles to experience what the second generation of Camaros had to offer. This is a very fun and fast car that turns alot of heads there aren't many left out there due to most being turned into race cars. I will except only cashiers checks,or money orders. Shipping is buyers responsibility All sales are final with no warrenty. Payment due in full within 7 days of auction close
