Vehicle Detail
1967 international Scout 800 4x4 266 v8 with 3 speed manual transmission, twin stick transfer case, new body mounts, new two inch spring lift, has 32 inch tires on it now have good tread on them but have been sitting outside so should be replaced, has surface rust around the tailgate and bondo from previous owner, i have clear AZ TITLE,, dana 44 in rear with limited slip, gears are 4.27 in front and rear axle. the inside needs new seats. the scout is in overall good condition for it age. the motor runs good and it drives well. glass is good, i put in a new battery and new fuel pump in it. it has two gas tanks 9 gallons each one on each side. i only have one hooked up because the selector switch is no working. the gauges are there but are not working unknown if they work or are just not hooked up. it has dual exhaust in okay condition. email me and i will answer questions thanks this is sold as is no guarantees or warranties. On Aug-26-11 at 09:51:06 PDT, seller added the following information: i wanted to add this that the scout does leak oil prob from the rear main and the right rear tire leaks to. mechanical it is good i have not found a prob with the transmission or 4wd or motor. i drive it around the block and have driven it approximately 15 20 miles one way and it drives about 50-55 down roadway and drives good. the top does come off but is very heavy, this is still a project but a really good start. no i would not drive this more than 20 miles i would trailer it until you went through it these are some of the questions i wanted to answer so everyone knew thanks and email me questions i will try and answer them.
