For sale is my 1978 Ford Bronco Custom. This truck has all the goodies that you could hope for. The engine is a newer crate long block with a mild cam, Edelbrock aluminum intake with Edelbrock 4 barrel carb, Edelbrock aluminum water pump, Mallory electronic distributor, and full length ceramic coated headers. Exhaust flows out through 3" pipe into a catalytic converter and a Flowmaster 3 chamber muffler. Also has a high torque gear reduction starter, and Ford Racing finned aluminum valve covers. Transmission was rebuilt a few years back, but still has low miles (truck was only driven a handful of times per year). The engine probably has less than 2k miles on it. 6" lift from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard, all new without any cheater blocks. 6" lift coil springs up front, and 6" lift leaf springs in back. Radius arm drop brackets, new drag link and tie rod ends. Truck currently sits on 38.5" Super Swampers that have plenty of tread left, but becuase of weather cracks in the sidewalls aren't recommended for street use. Interior is in good condition with newer vinyl covered seats installed by an interior shop (not that junk you would buy at a parts store.) Carpet is also in good shape. Body could use a little bit of work, and the driver side fender and door need paint and small rust spot on left quarter panel. Only downfall to this truck is that because of the built engine, it won't pass a visual smog test in the state of California. However it would make the perfect OHV, trail truck, or hunting rig. Not currently registered. If you could track down the necessary emission control items, you could make it legal for street use again. This truck has been my baby for the last 15 years, and I have invested easily over $10k over that period of time. My loss is definately your gain. California title in hand.
