1977 Honda CB550k Café Racer only 8,802 miles I started building this bike last May, I bought it as a stock CB550k that was in decent condition. The top half of the motor was disassembled and cleaned. The base and head gaskets were replaced. I did not split the cases or touch the transmission as it works & shifts. Cylinder head cover gasket, exhaust gaskets, oil pan gasket, as well as many other gaskets on the engine have been replaced. The carburetors were cleaned, synched and re-jetted for UNI pod filters & a Mac 4-1 exhaust. Bowl floats as well as bowl gaskets were replaced. The points systems has been replaced with a Dyna S electronic ingnition. I have put about 500 miles since the rebuild and the bike runs great & handles great. There are 8,802 miles currently on the bike.
