Goes like heck down the road, shifts fine, no strange noises, and brakes good. A/C is Ice Cold. No leaks or drips at all. The only known issue with this truck is when you switch it to CNG and go to start it, the green light stays lit, and it will start and run rough on CNG if you keep the gas pedal pushed down slightly. We are told most likely it is a clogged cng injector pipe (which happens when these are ran mostly on gasoline and not CNG) as the CNG system is fully functional, and the green CNG light stays on, and it doesnt switch off to regular gas. The CNG tank is full, and all CNG components are intact and working. When you switch it back to regular gasoline, it starts right up perfect again and runs fine! This was state owned and maintained. It was used by the DOT, and most road projects are in the Spring and summer only. They mostly ran it on gasoline, as these trucks were mostly purchased to meet environmental quotas. CLEAN TRUCK: Interior has no odors and is not beaten up or trashed. The underside only has normal surface oxidation/rust consistent with any truck, no heavy rust or any rot on the body, frame, or underside. The interior is decent. Seat is not damaged, worn, or ripped. Just a few grease spots and paint spots like any truck with vinyl seats. Same for the floor, no wear through or damage, just normal wear and a few paint/dirt spots. Paint is still shiny. Light decal impressions on the doors, hardly even noticeable. Only visible rust, is on the front right bottom corner of the bed, it is only a few orange spots poking through the paint, this is a common rust spot on Ford Pickups. Bottom of drivers door on inside has light rust, as does the underside of the rocker below it (both are pictured, and are not major, but we just want it noted.) Bottom of drivers door shows hardly any rust on inside. As you can see in the pictures, there a few light dents. The drivers fender has a small dent, the passenger side of the bed has a light crease in it, but is hard to notice as it didnt break the paint. Otherwise, it just has a few normal scratches and gouges, but this truck is not beaten up, full of dents, or needing any major body repair. Actually below normal for a work truck. Wrangler RT/S tires have 7/32 of good even tread left on them. Truck bed has a nice and dry diamond tread tool box, and a rubber bed mat. There is no rust or rot in the bed floor!. Just has normal scuffs, etc from use. Also has a amber strobe light on the cab. Also has a 5000lb towing hitch with 5-pin wiring plug. There is one CNG tank in this truck, it is mounted in the bed, behind the cab. Underside has spare tire and normal gasoline tank. CNG tank is almost full. This is a GFI 3600psi system, that was sold by Ford. The tank expiration date is 2013. -VIN#: 1FTVE24M0YHB87253 -5.4l Triton V8 -4 Speed Automatic Transmisson -Air Conditoning -AM/FM Stereo -Four Wheel ABS Disc Brakes -3.55 Limited Slip Rear Axle -6050# GVWR -Towing Package with transmission and oil cooler -Cruise Control -Tilt Steering Runs on Gasoline or CNG This great truck can run on CNG (compressed natural gas) or regular gasoline. For CNG there are specialized filling stations across the country to fill this van, or you can get a Fuelmaker to fill it at home. Visit the U.S Department of Energy EERE website for more info and fueling stations locator. For Michigan Residents: CNG is$1.949 /gal and it has been since 2005. There is a station in Muskegon, Grand Rapids, and numerous ones in the Metro Detroit/Ann Arbor area. They are all run by Michcon/DTE. Also, Michcon just received a large stimulus grant and has purchased a whole new fleet of CNG vans, and is upgrading their stations, so CNG is here to stay in Michigan. Please contact us if you have any questions. We are in Grand Rapids, Michigan, about 3 hours from either Detroit or Chicago. We will help you as much as we can with arranging transport, etc.
