This is a very nice daily driver that I am selling for a HUGE loss I'm sure. I bought earlier this year as an unfinished project. It has a 3" lift kit in it, and my wife cannot get in or out easily, so she wont ride in it. I have to get something more stock.If you check my ratings, you will see where I paid 5K for it earlier this year. Since then, I can document over 7K more in parts and pieces sourced from the reputable parts providers including CCOT, SOR, Hadley, Man-A-Fre etc. I am NOT a mechanic or a Landcruiser expert, but a pretty decent DIY, and grew up around Landcruisers. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE MILEAGE IS! The speedo reads 67k When I bought it, the PO said it had been rebuilt 10K miles ago, and I have no reason not to believe him. the motor is tight and has no leaks whatsoever. I checked compression, and I had 145 to 150 all the way across. The GOOD.New Weber Carb and throttle cable - New Exhaust - New K&N air filter in a vintage Downey housing with tapped PCV intake - New horns - New remote oil filter - Steering Wheel - NEW EZ wiring Kit throughout, and it all works great - All new bolts when one was replaced - New CCOT fuel tank - All new fuel and heater hoses - refurbished heater kit through and through - Fuel Pump - Starter - HEI Distributor from Man-A-Fre - New Optima Battery and hold down - New Seat Belts from CCOT - New Tranny Hump with all new boots including the inner tranny and 4X4 shifter boot - Hood latches - Hood rest - Grill Emblem that matches color nicely - Windshield Washer setup - VDO Cockpit tach and volt meter in the blank radio hole - kick vent weather strip - Waterproof rear tail light assy - Front turn lights from CCOT..I am quite sure I forgot something. engine runs great with a teensy stumble in the mid range..I think it's just a new carb adjustment that I am not good enough to do. Valves being adjusted this week prior to sale. Refurbished.Refurbished speedo and gauge cluster with new CCOT bright lights. All gauges work perfectly. Refurbished heater with all new foam and bushings. New heater defrost duct's from Hadley. Refurbished knobs. refurbished dash with dash pad. defrost vents. Entire wiper assy was lubed and all suspects parts replaced with newer. Removed and powder coated the following parts:Front Bib - Ash tray - roll bar - Grill Screen. The average; The Best Top looks great and works fine. I also have a bikini top that is included. Tires have plenty of tread left on them. 35X13.50 R15 No Spare. It has some 90's ?? reclining seats out of a 4 runner. They work great, and I put some black seat covers on them to match. the doors are rough, so I took them off and drive it with no doors here in Florida. If you want, I will include the doors and temporarily install them for transportation, OR I will drop ship you the correct Best Top Doors from CCOT at my expense. I added the diamond plate to the back as it came with nothing. I had plans to make a drop down tail gate, and will include some hardware to do this..chains..hinges..catches etc. I have a great picture of another drop down that I wanted to copy, and will send if you like. The diamond plate actually worked great for me and looks fine, so I left it. Drums all around, but brakes were adjusted and tested by Goodyear and work fine. Clutch works great. Has SAGINAW Power steering that works fine. There is some bubbling on a decent paint job where you would expect it. Rear quarters - under the doors - some was nicely fixed by PO. Driver side door where the limiter should go is buggered up, but should be easily fixed..another reason I went with the Best Top Doors. This vehicle sold AS-IS Where is.
