The car is sold as is, and it is very drivable "as is", still drive it daily. However there are some issues that will eventually need to be taken care of. The brakes rotors are beginning to warp and will need new brakes eventually. It is missing the front left turn signal, just need to get a new one. It is very low to the ground! That means it you have to be extremely careful driving it over any bumps and with how much weight you put in the car. Also, just like many other BMWs this age, the lock on the driver down only locks all the doors, you have to unlock all the doors from the trunk and the stereo knob is very sensitive with low lights on the display.
