This car would be easy to restore. The body has very little rust. No rust thru on the frame or undercarrage. The total price for all the new parts is more than my reserve. New torque-thrust wheels will new BFGoodrich tires, rebuilt carburetor, new starter, solinoid, waterpump, ignition, hoses, master cylinder, brakes. It has the original 429 Thunderjet engine. Starts good, runs good. Factory dual exhaust. Hidden headlights. Small tear in drivers seat. Back seats are perfect. 62,000 original miles. On Aug-07-11 at 17:40:03 PDT, seller added the following information: This one is one of the rare models that did not have a vinyl top or power windows. The vinyl tops were prone to rusting underneath and the power windows rarely work correct. This one has a small rust spot under the rear window and a spot on one fender. I'll put pics of these up. This Bird drives and steers excellent. It tracks straight and true.
