This 67 Plymouth Belvidere does not start but is a great project car. The body is in good condition being free of dents though it certainly needs a paint job. Over the rear tires there is some cracking in the body. The bumpers are in pretty good shape with a bit of rust and minor dents. All the glass is intact in the windows, light covers, the dashboard, the rear view mirror and the driver’s side mirror. This model didn’t have a passenger-side mirror. On the front passenger side window there is a streak of spray paint which could be removed (not by a razor blade says online suggestions). All the weather stripping will need to be replaced on the windows. The driver side door does not quite close. The gas cap fits and screws in nicely. All four wheels are Magnum 500 and all the tires have a good tread but the front two are flat. The interior is not pretty but has the potential to be very attractive. There is rust on the metal and some large cracks on the top of the dashboard. A couple of the padded lever ends for the heat controls are missing. The ignition wiring is loose with the key box hanging down. The vinyl and padding on the front bench seat needs to be replaced. The driver’s side door interior vinyl is torn on the handle. And the ceiling padding and cover needs to be replaced, also. On the back bench seat the vinyl is in pretty good condition. There are holes for speakers in the doors and behind the rear seat and an opening for a radio on the dashboard but there are no speakers and no radio. A previous owner was converting it from a Belvidere to a GTX. It has a 440 V8 engine and automatic 727 TorqueFlite transmission. There has been no addition of air intakes or modification of the trim. The odometer reads ‘20272.7’. We do not know if it has ever turned over completely. The VIN is RH23D71134652. The engine is seized due to rust around the rings.
