I have own this pick up for almost 30 yrs. I was told the truck was purchased new in Houston, Tx and later sold to his daughter-law in Charlotte,NC. I bought from the family in early 80's as a 2nd vehicle. It has a 240-6 cyl that was rebuilt at 101000 miles. The cylinders only needed honing so the block is not bored out but original. The rods and pistons were replaced and balanced. The cam bearings and head work was done by NAPA. The crank, cam and rings were replaced too. Radiator was overhauled, gas tank cleaned and sealed with new sending unit, 1 barrel carburator rebuilt, new fuel pump. I have added flowmaster muffler that splits into dual exhaust, 18" BOSS rims and AM/FM/CD player with front speakers and rear speakers under seat. All this truck needs is the window felt replaced and a paint job. The paint is 20 years old and the bed on the truck does need repair. You get the original rims (but no hub cap) and any extra parts I have. Manual 3 speed on the column and drum brakes. Just recently put in new battery and tune up. Truck starts on command. The king pin was replaced abvout 20,000 ago. Seat has firm padding and no holes or tears. Please ask questions and I can take pictures of whatever concerns the bidder.
